Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Minimum experience of 1 year in UI and UX design
Expert proficiency in UI and UX designing using tools including Photoshop and Illustrator
Basic Knowledge HTML, XHTML, XML and CSS would be preferred
Should be organized and meticulous with tasks
Should be able to come up with new and innovative designs
Must possess a strong online portfolio displaying user-centered designs

Job Summary

Understanding client requirements & functional specifications.
Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications.
Ensuring foolproof performance of the deliverable after ensuring unit testing.
Sending regular updates about the project status.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Should have a minimum experience of 2 years in Core PHP and Laravel.
Knowledge of APIs would be an added advantage.
Must be proficient in MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX.
Experience in Angular JS would be an added advantage
Should have excellent written communication skills (English).
Must possess a strong online portfolio displaying user-centered designs
Must have dedication and commitment towards work.

Position- Software Developer

Job Summary

Write clean, performance friendly code and perform unit testing.
Translate functional/business needs into technical requirements.
Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web-based applications and web services under the direction of Team Lead.
Work efficiently and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Full understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and jQuery.
Knowledge of WordPress to create and implement customized themes and plug-ins from start to end.
jQuery, MySQL experiences helpful.
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
General knowledge of Google Analytics and Webmaster tools.
Good communication skills.
Comprehensive understanding of responsive and adaptive design development.
Ability to perform cross-browser/cross-platform testing and page speed optimization.

Senior Manager- Sales & Strategy

Responsibilities:

Identifying new business opportunities, lead generation & pre-sales for international clients through multiple channels including emails, inside sales, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Able to conduct Primary / Secondary research through LinkedIn and other professional platforms to generate newer leads, potentials clients.
Target Database building/ updating/calls, follow-ups, client presentations, proposal creation, RFP/ RFI, sales collaterals, closures etc.
Maintaining Timeline, tracker sheet for leads generated, closures etc.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Build and deliver a strong business pipeline by contributing heavily to the top of the sales funnel.
To meet the quarterly revenue targets.

Education:

An engineering background (B.E/B.Tech) with specialisation in Computer Science or Information Technology with a strong technology acumen.
MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred but not an essential requirement.

Pre-requisites:

Minimum 4 years of experience in International Business Development or Strategy in reputed IT services organisations only, preferably with experience in selling custom mobile and web solutions.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the digital space. Sound knowledge of upcoming technologies, platforms, Cloud, AI and Analytics.
Fresh and passionate with very strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to represent Innovantes at various platforms.
Strong presentation skills.
Capable of handling C level conversations.
Strong business acumen.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial qualities and ability to work effectively with team, partners and clients at multiple locations with minimal supervision.
