The client had in place a Learning Management System with defined learning processes, paths, courses, and assessments but most of the time the learning programs exhibited a lack of participation, spirit, and enthusiasm. The challenge was to transform the sales force performance by making learning simple, effective, personalized, relevant to specific selling moments and more fun. The client wanted to harness the power of gamification to engage, educate and inspire new behaviors and believed gamification techniques would help imbibe fun, loyalty, and achievements to revitalize the learning experiences for its sales force and ultimately improve sales effectiveness.
