The client delivers high-quality diagnostics services through a network of 40 standalone and 100 partner centres across India. Competing in a market dominated by unorganized players, it wanted to embrace the power of analytics to offer personalized services and remain ahead of the curve. The management felt that developing a platform to mine their existing patient data will not only help it better understand the existing patients but also improve marketing efficiencies by creating meaningful digital campaigns and hence, deliver superior shareholder value.

After doing a strategic review of the existing data systems of the client, Innovantes came out with the following broad objectives to be achieved out of the platform:
