Health awareness among consumers has increased dramatically in the past few years with people wanting to take greater control of their health. With a plethora of health information available online, it can be difficult to decide what to trust. Patients need robust support and genuine information to help them manage a condition over their lifetime. With this need in mind, the client wanted to empower patients and health consumers, in general with the knowledge and tools to help them manage care

Also, despite a wave of innovations and technological advancements in the medical field, people have been losing lives because of poor quality care. To improve the quality of care, continuing medical education (CME) is imperative for healthcare providers. The client wanted the platform to be used for providing a variety of online learning programs- self-paced courses, certification programs and live global webcasts delivered by industry-leading medical experts on a wide range of relevant topics with the aim of improving the skillset of the healthcare providers.
