Polo Labs started off as a pathology center in 2015 and is now one of the largest diagnostics lab networks in India with a presence across all major Tier 1 & 2 cities in India. It caters to both B2B and B2C segments and has one of the largest footprints in India.


The sales processes of the client had not kept pace with the business and its salesforce continued to rely on excel sheets and other non-standardized tools for different purposes. All processes including attendance, expense approvals, scheduling, etc. were done manually. As the sales teams grew, there was also a need for enabling the sharing of ground-level insights across the broader network. The team also required a solution that could interact with their Lab Information System (LIS) and the finance and accounting systems. Real-time data availability, attendance management, expense management, capturing market intelligence, and compliance were the key business requirements.


The solution also had to be customizable to adapt to the client's evolving requirements. The solution had to be scalable to meet the growing business of the client and their search for salesforce automation led them to FFS Pro.

Streamlined Sales processes

The sales team at Polo uses FFS Pro for all sales activities including capturing leads, sales planning, scheduling meetings, assigning leads and accounts to specific employees, capturing meeting outcomes, setting up reminders, etc.

Real-time on-field productivity tracking

The sales teams use FFS Pro to record all sales meetings. All client meetings are geo-tagged to create a foolproof record. The managers have access to all client interactions and details on their mobile app. Sales executives input all client calls directly into the FFS Pro app, which also records their geo-locations at the time of input allowing managers to monitor customer interactions and coverage.

Attendance Management

FFS Pro has multiple attendance modules including geofencing, facial recognition, etc. The solution allowed the client to save on large CAPEX associated with the installation and maintenance of biometric machines at all their collection centers across India. The foolproof security and the flexibility offered by FFS Pro allowed the client to cut down costs while improving compliance.

Expense Management

FFS Pro enabled Polo to simplify and streamline its expense management processes. Travel Allowance was one of the major expense components of the company. The entire travel allowance expense was automated based on the data from the geo-tagged meetings. The expense module allowed the client to create custom approval workflows and set up limits and approvals accordingly.

Real-time data availability

FFS Pro facilitated real-time sharing of the data between the sales team and allowed for corrective actions in time. API integrations with the LIS and finance and accounting system ensured access to live and accurate sales data and mapping of sales performance.

Feedback Management

The feedback module empowered the client with access to the issues impacting their business in real-time and take corrective actions.

Dashboards

Customizable and intelligent dashboards allowed the client to derive actionable insights.
